Hey there! I’m Jacqueline. You can call me Jackie, or Jac. I am always seeking activities, projects, and inspirations around the world to fuel my desire for a healthy, active, and rewarding lifestyle. 

About Me:

I’m from Massachusetts, where I grew up in a small town along the seacoast. I have enjoyed calling different parts of the U.S. home, living in Boston, Richmond, VA, Chicago, and currently Portland, ME. Professionally, I am a digital marketer and educator passionate about leveraging behavioral science within marketing to drive social good by bettering our lives and world. I am thankful to manage international marketing for a company that shares my love for the outdoors. When I am not creating content, you can find me on my yoga mat, surfing the Atlantic ocean, practicing Tong Ren energy healing, sipping on green tea, juggling a soccer ball, planning my next adventures, or whipping up delicious gluten-free creations.

My Health & Wellness Journey:

In 2016, I was diagnosed with a severe hormone imbalance, impacting my endocrine system and fertility. Since then, I have reprioritized my life to focus on personal healing and holistic health and wellness at the soul level. Through nature, meditation, energy healing, fitness, spirituality, laughs, and clean food, I continue to learn, grow, and heal. My mission is to inspire and empower healthy and illuminating lifestyles. For anyone else impacted by autoimmune disease, infertility, or hormone imbalance, I am always willing to chat about my personal healing journey, help you heal, and teach you how to become your own healer. We’re all in this together and will come out stronger.
